Terms of Service

The ground rules for using this website, and the terms that apply to orders, catering and wild game work.

Last updated: September 2026 Jordan Meats & Deli, Lakeland, Minnesota

This website is an information site for Jordan Meats & Deli in Lakeland, Minnesota. You can't place an order or pay through it. Orders happen by phone or at the counter, and these terms explain how that works.

01

Using this site

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. Where these terms say "we," "us" or "our," it means Jordan Meats & Deli.

Please don't use this site to break the law, to try to gain access to systems or data you're not entitled to, to scrape or copy it at scale, or to interfere with how it works for anyone else.

02

Information on this site

We work to keep this site accurate, but menus, products, prices, hours and availability all change. Nothing here is a binding offer to sell, and the presence of an item on this website doesn't guarantee we have it in the case today.

For anything that matters, call us. Current pricing and availability are always confirmed by phone or at the counter.

Holiday and seasonal hours differ from our posted hours. We announce those on our Facebook page.

03

Orders and pricing

  • How orders are placed. By phone at (651) 337-2224, by email, or in person. This website does not take orders or payments.
  • When an order is confirmed. An order exists once we've confirmed it with you directly, including the items, the quantity, and the pickup or delivery time.
  • Pricing. Meat is often priced by weight, so a final total can differ from an estimate given over the phone. We'll tell you if something comes in meaningfully different from what you expected.
  • Payment. Payment is made in person or as otherwise arranged with us directly.

Note for review: accepted payment methods, deposit requirements for large orders, and any order minimums need to be confirmed and stated here.

04

Food, allergens and handling

We prepare food in a single shared facility where meat, poultry, dairy, wheat, soy, nuts and other allergens are all present. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of any particular allergen, and we can't rule out cross-contact. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, tell us before you order and use your own judgment about whether our food is right for you.

Descriptions of our products, including sourcing and grading, are given in good faith based on what our suppliers tell us. Ingredients and suppliers can change.

Once food leaves our store it's up to you to keep it safe. Please refrigerate or freeze promptly, follow any handling instructions we give you, and cook to safe internal temperatures. We're not responsible for food that has been left out, transported without refrigeration, held too long, or handled improperly after pickup or delivery.

05

Wild game processing

We make sausage, snack sticks, brats and jerky from wild game. Please read this section before bringing anything in.

  • Boneless trim only. We do not process whole animals or carcasses. We accept clean, boneless trim that you or another processor have already removed from the bone.
  • Call first. Call before you drive over so we can confirm we have capacity and get you scheduled.
  • Condition on arrival. Trim must arrive clean, cold and fit for processing. We may refuse any game that we judge to be spoiled, contaminated, improperly handled, or otherwise unsuitable, and we will refuse it if we have any doubt about its safety.
  • Your legal responsibility. You are responsible for having lawfully taken the animal and for all licensing, tagging, registration and transport requirements that apply. By bringing game to us you confirm you've complied with them.
  • Yield. Finished weight will be less than the weight you drop off. Trimming, moisture loss, smoking and drying all reduce weight, and jerky loses a great deal of it.
  • Added ingredients. Our sausage and snack products include seasonings, cures and, for most products, added pork. Tell us in advance if that's a problem.
  • Batching. Depending on the product and the season, your trim may be processed in a batch with other customers' game of the same type. Ask us if you need your animal kept separate.
  • Pickup. Please pick up finished product promptly once we tell you it's ready.

Note for review: minimum trim weight, turnaround time, whether game is batched or kept separate, and how long finished product is held all need Tony's real answers.

06

Catering and party trays

  • Quotes. Catering and tray orders are quoted directly with you based on headcount, menu and date. A quote is an estimate until we confirm the order.
  • Notice. These orders need advance notice, and more of it around holidays and busy weekends. The earlier you call, the more likely we can take it.
  • Final headcount. We'll agree a date by which you confirm your final count. After that point we've already bought and prepped for it.
  • Changes and cancellations. Tell us as soon as you know. Because food is purchased and prepared ahead, late changes or cancellations may still be charged.
  • Delivery and service. Where we deliver, someone needs to be there to receive the food at the agreed time. Hot food is meant to be served promptly on arrival.
  • Equipment. Any pans, chafers or serving equipment we lend you remain ours and need to come back in usable condition.

Note for review: notice windows, the final-count deadline, the cancellation policy, deposits, and delivery radius and fees are placeholders until Tony confirms them.
