Meat packs & bulk
Fill the freezer once. Eat well for months.
Bundles of our own cuts, wrapped and labeled, at a better price per pound than buying it a package at a time. Built around what your family actually eats.
Why buy this way
Three reasons people fill a freezer.
It costs less per pound
Buying in volume is cheaper than buying by the package, and we pass that on. The bigger the pack, the better the math.
You know what you're eating
Every piece came off our block. Same standards as the case — see our story for where it comes from.
Weeknights get easier
Wrapped and labeled in useful portions, so dinner is a decision you make at the freezer instead of at the store.
The packs
Pick one, or tell us what you actually cook.
These are the shapes a pack usually takes. Every one of them can be changed, and plenty of customers just tell us their household and let us build it.
Beef pack
For the households that mostly cook beef. Steaks for the weekend, ground for the weeknights, a roast for Sunday.
- Steaks cut to the thickness you want
- Ground beef in the portion size you use
- Roasts and stew meat as you like
Pork pack
Built on our Duroc pork. Chops, roasts and our own brats and sausage from the smokehouse.
- Chops, thick or thin
- Roasts for pulling or slicing
- House brats and sausage
Family mix
A bit of everything: beef, pork and hormone-free chicken. The most common ask, and the easiest to eat through.
- Spread across all three
- Weeknight portions
- Good starting point if you've never done this
Grill pack
Summer shape: steaks, burgers, brats and chicken. Sized for a season of weekends rather than a whole year.
- Steaks and burger patties
- Brats and sausage
- Chicken for the grill
Prices and contents change with the market. Meat is priced by weight and our supply moves with the seasons, so call and we'll tell you exactly what a pack looks like and costs this week.
Going bigger
Halves, quarters and bulk orders.
If you've got the freezer space, buying a larger share is the cheapest way to eat well. You tell us how you want it cut, and we cut, wrap and label the whole thing to your sheet.
This takes a conversation rather than an order form. Call us and we'll walk you through what's available, what it weighs, what it costs, and how long it takes.

How it works
Four steps, starting with a phone call.
01
Tell us about your household
How many people, what you cook most, and roughly how much freezer space you're filling. That's more useful to us than a pack name.
02
We put together a pack and a price
We'll tell you what's in it, roughly what it weighs, and what it costs at this week's prices. Change anything you want changed.
03
We cut, wrap and label it
Cut to your specs, wrapped for the freezer and labeled so you know what you're pulling out in February.
04
Pick it up cold
We'll call when it's ready. Bring a cooler if you're not headed straight home, especially in summer.
Worth knowing first
Before you buy a freezer's worth.
Measure your freezer
People underestimate this constantly. Know roughly what space you've got before you call, and we'll size to it.
Tell us your portions
One pound of ground or two? Two chops a pack or four? Getting this right is what makes a pack easy to live with.
Label side up
Everything comes labeled. Stack it so you can read it and you'll actually eat the whole pack.
Ask about timing
Bigger orders need lead time, and holiday weeks are busy. The earlier you call, the easier it is.
Ready to stock up?
One phone call and we'll build a pack around your household, your freezer and your budget.
