The LJ
Turkey, pastrami, salami and bacon, topped with lettuce, tomato and mayo.
Deli sandwiches
Made to order at the counter, piled the way a meat market can afford to pile it. People cross the bridge for these.
Why they taste like that
Most sandwich counters buy their deli meat pre-sliced in a bag. We're a meat market first, so the meat on your sandwich comes off the same case we sell from, sliced at the counter rather than on Monday for the week.
That's also why the portions look like this. A meat market has no reason to be stingy with the meat.
Pick your cheese, tell us what you want on it, and we'll build it at the counter.

Lunch gets busy. An order phoned ahead is usually sitting on the counter waiting when you walk in, which beats standing in line on your break.
