Before you call
What to have ready.
None of this is required. It just means we can give you a real answer on the first call instead of the third.
Party trays
Rough headcount, the day and time you'll pick it up, and whether you want meat, cheese or both. Give us as much notice as you can, especially for a weekend.
Catering
Headcount, date, and whether you need it delivered or you're picking it up. Tony builds the menu with you from there, so a rough idea of the crowd is more useful than a specific dish.
Wild game
No call needed for this one. Bring your boneless trim in during business hours, fresh or frozen, with your tag or registration number, and tell us what you want made.
Meat packs and big cuts
What your family actually eats and about how much freezer space you're filling. If you want something cut a particular way, say so on the phone and it'll be ready that way.
Sandwiches and hot food
Just call it in on your way. Lunch gets busy, and an order phoned ahead is usually waiting when you walk in.

Finding us
Look for Lakeland Village.
We're in the Lakeland Village center on St. Croix Trail South, a few minutes off I-94 at the last Minnesota exit before the river.
- From I-94. Take the St. Croix Trail exit in Lakeland and head south. We're in the Lakeland Village center on your right.
- From Hudson or Wisconsin. Cross the river on I-94 and take the first Minnesota exit.
- Parking. Free lot right out front, with room for a truck and trailer if you're dropping off game.
