Smoked Sausages

All of our sausages are made from fresh ground pork shoulder with no fillers or additives.  These smoked sausages are pre-cooked and only need to be reheated.

                           

Smoked Bratwurst:     Our fresh brat smoked with hickory flavor
Smoked Cheddarwurst:     Our fresh bratwurst with cheddar cheese and smoked.
Smoked Polish:     A mild, garlicky, smoked sausage.
Smoked Kielbasa:     A peppery sausage  in a thin round link.
Smoked Bologna:     A peppered sausage in a large round link.
Smoked Country:     A delicious sausage with a hint of red and cracked pepper.
